The Pacers 2015-16 season is complete after a first-round exit to the Toronto Raptors in Game 7. A few days later, Pacers President Larry Bird decided to change head coaches after Frank Vogel led this team for five and half seasons.

    If the team stops listening to the coach after three years I’d be finding a different team. Bird is a great example of the Peter Principle. (Google it.)

      If the players are tuning out Frank Vogel, maybe the problem is the players? (Not to say they did tune him out.)

    I dont think it was really about bird thinking the players tuned out vogel. I think bird was jus sayin that cuz he didnt want to say vogel cant run an offense. iv been watchin this team for years and have been a big fan of vogel but the offense has been mostly jus hard to watch. go thru players stats both current and former and ul see most have career lows while in indiana. players that i was really excited about us getting underperform here go somewhere else tho and they play great (Green,Turner,ellis,augistine,watson).
