The Indiana Pacers will host their annual FanJam on Sunday, Oct. 5 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Admission is free, as is parking in the Virginia Avenue Garage — the garage that is connected to the Fieldhouse.

From 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., there will be plenty to keep fans and their families busy. Last year, there were all kinds of activities and games, including a bouncy house, for kids to enjoy. There were former players, TV personalities, and Pacemates signing autographs, in addition to the players.

The first 4,000 fans through the doors will receive a free Pacers mini foam basketball, plus a voucher from CNO Financial Group for a free hot dog, bag of chips and Pepsi product at the concession stands.

The Colts host the Baltimore Ravens at 1:00 p.m., so as fans exit Lucas Oil Stadium, they can swing by to see what this year’s Pacers team looks like. 11 players are returning, plus the additions of C.J. Miles, Rodney Stuckey, Damjan Rudež, and Shayne Whittington.

Approximately 8,000 fans were in attendance last year — about 3,000 more than in 2012.

On-court events in 2013: 3-point shoot-out, trike race, junk in the trunk, shoe fly shoe, football toss, knockout, sumo race, half-court shooting, rookie duties.

Schedule of Events:

4:00 p.m.: Games and activities, including giveaways; autograph session with the Pacemates, Boomer, Freddy Fever, Pacers Alumni players and the Pacers radio/TV announcers.

5:00 p.m.: Pacers players and coaches take the floor, rookies will be put up to a challenge, and the players are scheduled to scrimmage for at least part of the time. The Pacemates will also perform.

6:00 p.m.: Player autograph session throughout the concourse.
