Seraphin’s in Indy and ready to go.

We have not yet seen Kevin Seraphin on the court in a Pacers jersey, but one thing has been made very clear in the week since he agreed to sign with the Pacers: He enjoys social media.

One week ago, he had completed essentially a try out for the team at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. On Monday evening, he returned to Indianapolis with at least three suitcases – prepared to get settled in Indy for at least the next year.

“We here. Finally made it. Let’s get it,” he said in a Snapchat post while wearing a Pacers dry-fit shirt.

Even before the Pacers have announced the deal, Seraphin tweeted his brief thoughts on joining the Blue & Gold.

Seraphin shared the following image on both his Twitter and Instagram accounts Monday evening.

This is great for fans. A professional athlete is willing to share content, give you a peak behind the curtain, and show off what he’s doing. It also allows the Frenchman show off his personality and tastes.

For those of us in the media, it’s mostly good … because he provides more content than most of his teammates and adds perspective to what he’s going through. What it also means is that we must follow and regularly check in on his numerous accounts. The pros far outweighs the cons, in my opinion.

At the time of this posting, he has over 93, 600 followers on Twitter and 52,000 more on Instagram.
