Nearly four months ago, Peyton Manning stepped behind the podium to announce that he was signing with the Denver Broncos. It’s still tough, and probably will always be tough, for fans to see No. 18 in another uniform. With training camp just two weeks away, the four-time MVP has finally purchased a Denver home.
Manning has purchased a seven-bedroom home in Cherry Hills Village for $4.575 million, according to a Denver Post report. The home is over 16,000 square feet and sits on 3.37 acres. The home has a “safe” room, billiards room and even an elevator. Better yet, Peyton will have a media room to watch plenty of game-film.
Quite the upgrade from his rather modest house on Pennsylvania Street in Indianapolis.
Peyton was paid$26 million by the Colts last season, without even taking a snap so no need for a loan. In March, he signed a five-year, $96 million deal with $18 million guaranteed.
After a long absence from our television screens, Manning can be seen once again in this Buick commercial that debuted earlier in the week.
