Well, PG made a big splash over the weekend. He was one assist shy of a easy triple-double — with an emphasis on easy. 40 points, 10 rebounds, and nine rebounds.
In watching the highlights — available below — George had his way on the dribble, in the lane, and on the perimeter. He often went between his legs or behind his back, crossing over the unknown players defending him.
What jumped out to me was his passing. In a game where he could take all the shots he wanted but also attracted multiple defenders, George frequently found an open teammate and hit him with a no-look pass.
Again, with such ease. (And yes, George completed his famous 360-degree dunk)
This is a nice warm-up for George, who reports for USA Basketball Training Camp in Las Vegas in one week.
Thank you @Yg_Trece. Seattle fans are forever grateful! Came and showed love and put on a show! Eassssssssssy 40,10,9. #respect!!
