Talent is nothing without passion

This homeless man has become a social media sensation.

His name, Ted Williams. From Columbus, Ohio, Williams can usually be found at the Hudson ramp off I-71 South.

Check out the video to the right, it is amazing.

The power of twitter has this mans talent spreading like wildfire.

He admitted to struggling with alcohol and drugs but did say he has been clean for quite some time.

This whole situation reminds me of Ralph Waldo Emerson’s famous quote, “Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm."

I like that quote, but one of my personal favorites is, "Find your passion, whatever it may be. Become it, and let it become you and you will find great things happen FOR you, TO you and BECAUSE of you."

In life, we all must find out passion and run with it. A passion for your job, a passion for your family and a passion to be successful. Remember each day to do your best, because passion always prevails.

Ted Williams is another example of wasted talent, at least to this point. Talent is nothing unless someone is driven and stays on the right path.
