Jimmy Cook is the newest member of the Vigilant Sports team. Finishing out his senior year at Roncalli High School, where he has broadcasted over 100 games on the Rebel Media Network, Cook plans to study Sports Communications next fall at Indiana University. A long time Butler Bulldogs Basketball, he founded his own Butler website known as Bark of Hinkle, before folding at the start of 2013 to pursue other ventures. While continuing his writing for Vigilant Sports, Cook will take part in an internship this summer at CBS Sports 1430 am, where he hopes to continue to build the necessary skills to realize his dream of play by play broadcasting basketball professionally.
