Hoosiers rally to beat NC State 86-75

After coasting through their first five games, Indiana has been challenged by Butler and NC State. For their first Big Ten/ACC Challenge win in the Tom Crean era, IU finished strong at NC State winning 86-75.

Sheehey’s play off the bench helps IU sink Butler 75-59

It was a good ole’ fashion Indiana basketball game Sunday night in Assembly Hall. The Butler Bulldogs traveled south to Bloomington for a much anticipated in-state clash. Finally healthy, Derek Elston effective at both ends of the floor

After five games, junior Derek Elston is off to his best season at Indiana. The 6-9 forward from Tipton, Indiana is 100-percent this year and once again enjoying the game he loves.

Notre Dame’s Tim Abromaitis tears ACL, out for season

Bad news out of South Bend during Thanksgiving Break. Fifth-year senior forward Tim Abromaitis tore his right ACL and is out for the season. This injury will probably end Abromaitis’ basketball career.

The injury occurred during the team’s morning practice on Nov. 25th. He is scheduled to have surgery within two weeks.
