The Hoosiers beat Penn State 73-54 Sunday, just hours after longtime head football coach Joe Paterno passed away. IU lost to Minnesota, Ohio State and Nebraska before getting back to their winning ways. They were down by two at the break, but had an effective second half to earn the victory.
