Never fear, Pacers fans — the team’s January 29th meeting against the New York Knicks at Bankers Life Fieldhouse will be televised after all.
FOX Sports Indiana, the Pacers’ local TV affiliate, announced Friday that they will provide full coverage of the game, which is now slated to tip at 7:00 pm ET (rather than the original 8 pm start time). In doing so, they will televise 81 of 82 regular-seasons games.
TNT opted recently to drop the game from its schedule and instead televise Denver at Memphis. They still has exclusive rights to the Pacers’ April 14th contest against the Washington Wizards.
As usual, the FSI broadcast will hit the air 30 minutes before tip-off, at 6:30 p.m. ET with Indiana Members Credit Union Pacers Live. Jeremiah Johnson hosts that, and then Chris Denari and Quinn Buckner have the call.
