George Hill visits China on behalf of PEAKSports.
George Hill was in China recently a week to promote the PEAKSports brand. The Indy native, who returned last week, has an endorsement deal with the company and he was across the country to make some appearances as well as shoot a new commercial for his new G3 Monster shoe that is scheduled to be released soon.
As of Tuesday, a PEAK spokesperson said a release date had not yet been finalize. The plan, however, is for Hill’s shoe to be available in China, in their two PEAK stores in California, and at their online store.
“It’s a pretty sleek shoe, nice color waves and things like that,” Hill told me last month. “We’re just trying to get them here for people to purchase if they want.”
Hill began his trip in Beijing, with media interviews and then his commercial shoot. Then, they moved to Xiangyang for a middle school appearance and autograph signing at Wanda Plaza.
Accompanying Hill on his trip was Pacers assistant video coordinator Michael DiBenedetto, and former strength intern Chase Campbell.

Hill put a ton of work into this offseason, so much so that the Pacers staff even had to kick him out of the gym to take an off day.
