Mark Boyle has re-signed with the Indiana Pacers to remain the radio voice of the team.
Boyle — a five-time Indiana Sportscaster of the Year award winner, including in each of the last three years — shared on social media that he had “officially signed to extend my tour with The Blue and Yellow Empire” Monday morning.
The upcoming 2017-18 season will be a notable one for the best radio announcer in the NBA, in my opinion.
It will be Boyle’s 30th season with the organization. And, assuming the Hall of Famer Slick Leonard continues to be part of the broadcast of all home games, it will be Leonard’s 33rd on a headset.
All Pacers games can be heard on the Pacers Radio Network. In Central Indiana, that’s on FM 107.5 and 1070 The Fan.

Last January, Boyle called the 2,500th Pacer game of his illustrious career.
To be able to do something you have a passion for even once is a gift. Tonight, I'll broadcast my 2,500th Pacer game…

…and the debt I owe the Simons, the Pacers, and our fans for allowing me to indulge my passion for this long is incalculable….

…It doesn't seem even remotely adequate to say it this simply, but I will anyway. Thank You.
