Get a close look at the Pacers on Oct. 23.
Pacers FanJam is set for Sunday, Oct. 23 from 2:00-5:00 pm at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, the team announced.
Their annual afternoon event over a weekend is the best time to see the team up close before the regular season opens on Oct. 26. The Nate McMillan Era begins with Media Day on Monday, and then the first day of camp the following day.

The event is free and open to anyone. The first 5,000 guests will receive a Pacers reusable bag, complimentary hot dog, chips, and a Pepsi product.
From 2:00-3:00 PM, autograph sessions will be held with the Pacemates, Boomer, Pacers personalities and alumni players. Games, prizes and giveaways will be ongoing throughout the event. A fun program will begin at 3:00 PM, as the 2016-17 Pacers team will scrimmage, the Pacemates will perform and Boomer will put on one of his famous Dunk Shows. At 4:00 PM, players will be available for a limited time to sign autographs.

The starting lineup is set; that much we know. But that lineup will feature two newcomers, point guard Jeff Teague and Thad Young at the stretch four.

It is a big year for the Pacers organization, which is celebrating its 50th season. Single-game tickets go on sale Thurs., Sept. 29 at 10:00 a.m. Indiana has just one home preseason game, Oct. 6 against Chicago.
