A lot happens each week with the Pacers and it’s not easy to stay on top of it. Introducing a new weekly feature, Pacers Last Week, which should help keep you up-to-date on all things Pacers.

- Thad Young hosted a free basketball camp in Memphis.
- Myles Turner will host his basketball camp August 18-19 in Euless, Texas.
- Job opening in the front office: Basketball Data Analyst.
- In town for part of the offseason, Frank Vogel served as a guest coach at the Katie Douglas-owned Orangetheory Fitness in Greenwood.
- Ex-Pacer C.J. Miles, now a member of the Toronto Raptors, and his wife, Lauren, are expecting their first kid – Ava.
- Shayne Whittington, who will soon welcome a baby into the world, signed to play next season in Russia.
- Former Pacers draft pick (49th in 2003) James Jones retired from basketball and joined the Phoenix Suns front office.
- The Fort Wayne Mad Ants set their date for open tryouts.
- St. Vincent Center grand opening has been delayed until late August.
- Speaking of construction, it is ongoing inside the gift shop at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.
- Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert is still bothered that a three-way deal didn’t get done with the Pacers: “I will say that Indiana could’ve done better than it did.”
