VIDEO: Paul George grateful for being selected to his fourth All-Star game

Paul George was named to his fourth NBA All-Star game, which will be played Sunday, Feb. 19 at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

After his first two seasons in the NBA, George has played in the All-Star game every year except 2015, when he missed most of the season rehabbing from a compound leg fracture.

“After a rough, shaky start for myself, coming into form now and still having an opportunity to be an All-Star this year, it’s great. It’s wonderful,” George said.

And this isn’t George’s first All-Star game in New Orleans. Back in 2014, he tallied 18 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals in the East’s 163-155 win. He was voted a starter by the fans for the first time, becoming the third Pacer in franchise history to be voted in as a starter.
