St. Vincent inside the brand new St. Vincent Center — back in downtown Indianapolis — officially opened on Monday, Aug. 28.
Before then, local reporters took a tour throughout the facility. We saw how the Pacers would benefit from the new $50 million facility, as well as local citizens and those interested in sports performance.
The fourth floor focuses on primary care, which is open to the public, with a specialization in cardiology.
The fifth floor includes all of the same services offered at their other two locations (Clay Terrace and Grand Park) — and more. There are athletic trainers, sports psychologists, and dietitians. There’s a 68 yards of football turf, a recovery corner, weight room, and an Alter-G treadmill.
There are eight exam rooms, a procedure room, and a state-of-the-art imaging center.
Watch below as Ralph Reiff, the Executive Director of St. Vincent Sports Performance, talks about the building and takes us for a tour of the St. Vincent floors.
