Victor Oladipo is almost as popular off the court as he is on. The Pacers are winless without him. He’s helped the team to 45 wins with a half-dozen games left.
Vic recently filmed a PSA for taking ownership in — Our City — Indianapolis. Now he’s appearing in one for a league-wide initiative pushing for gender equality in the workplace. Appearing in the 30-second spot with Oladipo is Boston Celtics All-Star Al Horford and Masai Ujiri, President of the Toronto Raptors.
Oladipo’s message:
“Lean in together is about what we, as men, can do to help make our world more equal for women and girls. We need to mentor, hire, and promote women at work.
“And we need to be true partners at home.
“Now, more than ever, it’s important to support the women in our lives. Everybody benefits when we do.”

In a separate video, Vic shares why he’s so close to his twin sister, Victoria:
“Growing up with my sisters and my mom, it helped shape my strong feeling for gender equality. We have to support women, we have to support them with everything that we have.”
