Pacers rookie Myles Turner had the honor of throwing out the ceremonial pitch at tonight’s Indianapolis Indians game. (The Indians fell to Toledo, 3-2.)
Following a weather delay, Turner took the mound … and put some real heat on the ball. His pitch went way past the batter’s box — but that beats the alternative of not even making it to the plate. Turner played it off nicely afterwards in a tweet.
