Trinity High School, a public school in Euless, Texas, officially retired Turner’s no. 33 jersey during a football pep rally. The school has over 2,400 students in grades 10-12. Turner is the first male basketball player to have his jersey number retired.
Turner is just 20 years old and just two years removed from high school.
“HEB [Hurst, Euless, and Bedford, Texas] always an honor to be in your presence thanks for all the love… And your continued support of my initiatives!” Turner wrote in a tweet.

It’s been quite a month for Turner. First, he unveiled a personal logo, designed by friend Collier Vinson in Texas. Next, he gifted new Chevy Traverse to his grandma and aunt.
Then, he hosted a two-day basketball camp at that very gym where he used to play in high school.
As Turner’s popularity, status, and wealth continue to rise, it’s refreshing to see Turner give back to the community that raise him.
