Jeremy Hollowell slated to work out for the Lakers

Lawrence Central High School product Jeremy Hollowell is scheduled to workout for Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday.

Joining Hollowell will be Wesley Alves Da Silva (Brazil), Milton Doyle (Loyola), Tyler Lydon (Syracuse), Dennis Smith Jr. (NC State), and Matt Thomas (Iowa State).

This appears to be his second pre-draft workout. His first came with Toronto on May 17.

Hollowell began his career at Indiana, averaging 5.7 points and 3.5 rebounds per game during his sophomore campaign in 2013-14. He then transferred to Georgia State for his final two years, and averaged 15.2 points and 5.9 rebounds per game shooting 42.6 percent from the floor.

He was named Second Team All-Sun Belt and finished the year top ten in the conference in points, field goal percentage, and free throw percentage.
