Lil Wayne drops Super Bowl song for Green Bay

The most popular rapper, Lil Wayne is preparing for Super Bowl XLV in North Texas. Although from New Orleans, Lil Wayne is a big Green Bay Packers fan. To show his passion for the team, he just put out a new single for Super Bowl week.

Wednesday night, the rap artist put the final touches on a new song entitled, “Green and Yellow,” which refutes Wiz Khalifa’s “Black and Yellow.” Black and Yellow of course was written by Wiz Khalifa for his NFL team of choice, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Given the amount of publicity Lil Wayne would receive because of the song, he kept ‘Green and Yellow’ decently clean by his standards.

My favorite line, goes “Big Cheese on the helmet/ Steel Curtain, what is that, velvet?/ If we win, gonna throw a Super Bowl party/ And blow a cigar like Vince Lombardi.”

Other lines go:

"Got a call from my homey, this just in/ The Packers in the Super Bowl and they better win/ They call him Big Ben, but he weak, though/ We in Dallas, but we Lambeau Leap, ho/ Long hair, don’t care, Clay Matthews/ We sh*ttin’ on these fools, no bathroom/ Yeah, got a pocket full of big faces/ Throw it up, touchdown on Ike Taylor."

“We knocked the Eagles and the Falcons and the Bears off/Now we’re about to cut Troy Polamalu’s hair off.”

So which do you like better? Listen to both below…
