Indianapolis a finalist to host Super Bowl LII

Indianapolis hosting another Super Bowl is a real possibility. Indy, along with Minneapolis and New Orleans, were named the three finalists to host Super Bowl LII in 2018, the Indiana Sports Corp announced Tuesday afternoon.

The NFL owners gave the above cities their blessing to go ahead and propose an official bid, which is expected to be voted on during league meetings in May.

With the recent news that the BCS will have a four-team playoff beginning in 2014-15, talks immediately began to swirl, at least in Indianapolis, about whether they would host college football’s title game.

Rosters set for 2012 Knox Indy Pro Am

The Knox Indy Pro Am is prepared for another successful summer-season. One week before a new season begins, the rosters have been released and the full schedule was rolled out late Tuesday.
