VIDEO: Oladipo sings in the shower as Stephenson meets with the media

Victor Oladipo is always doing something. He’s on his phone as the media enters the locker room postgame. Then, a team staffer wraps an ice bag around both of his knees before Vic talks to the media.

After about 10 minutes of icing — which sometimes includes a few FaceTime calls — he hits the showers.

By that time, a handful of reporters were over on the right side of the room, in front of Lance Stephenson’s locker on the end. Stephenson had just scored 18 points and brought Pacers fans to their feet during a wild fourth quarter when they used a 23-5 run, including 13 straight points, to take the lead for good.

Stephenson was discussing what they needed to do to capture two wins on the road this week (in Houston and Toronto) when he finally just lost it.

Oladipo was in the shower singing like nobody was listening.

“Victor in the back singing,” Stephenson said, smiling and laughing. “Victor, man, he sings all day. But I love it.”

Stephenson has released several songs, his latest called “Better Believe It.” Oladipo received praise from many in the music industry and across the league for his EP, which he released in October.

Would they consider laying down a track together?

“We can’t do it right now because we’re in season but I know for sure during the summer we’re going to get a track going,” Stephenson said with a big grin. “We’re going to get a track going for sure.”

Oladipo saw the video I posted on Twitter and added, “this so funny lol y’all (hear) the vocals though.”
